  • Delivery within India typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • In remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

📦 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is offered on all prepaid orders across India.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small service fee may be applicable and will be shown at checkout.

🧾 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details.

  • You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s portal using the provided tracking ID.

We ship using trusted logistics providers such as Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and others, to ensure timely and safe delivery.

❗ Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you for reshipment (additional charges may apply).

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

  • We’ll resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or reshipment.
