At Comflik, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

🕔 5-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 5 calendar days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

Please mention your Order ID, reason for return, and include photos if needed.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • We offer free return shipping for eligible returns.
  • Once approved, a prepaid return label will be shared with instructions.
  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

🧾 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (details collected securely).
  • COD handling charges are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used personal care items
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Share your order ID and clear images/video so we can offer a free replacement or refund.
